Angela Taylor Angela Taylor is one of three Social Services Coordinators in the Family Division. She is assigned to Judge Melvin Westmoreland. Her primary responsibility is to coordinate community resources for the Family Division. She provides families with resources including one-to-one counseling, service referrals, and mediation. Ms. Taylor began her tenure with the Family Division in July 2001. She was previously employed with the Fulton County Juvenile Court where she worked as a Program Manager and coordinated the Community Service Program. Ms. Taylor has also served tenures with the Fulton County Department of Family and Children Services as a Social Services Investigator. Ms. Taylor possesses a B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and a M.S.W. from Clark Atlanta University. She has had extensive training in the areas of juvenile delinquency and crisis intervention. |
